Ashok Yalamati,
CEO and Managing Director of
JanviSoft, has 15 years of experience in
Information Technology, Adopting quality
- be it in people, processes or
technology - as the cornerstone of
JanviSoft’s growth. He has a solid
background in Manufacturing, Banking,
Telematics, and Navigation technologies,
Ashok heads
business development, Outsourcing
strategy and Quality Assurance.
Prior to co-founding
JanviSoft, Ashok
began his career in 1991 as
programmer with Indian Satellite
launching vehicle’s manufacturing
company, after 2 years he founded and
ITConulting company NCInfosys. Later he
sold NCInfosys and joined with
Intergraph. At Intergraph he actively
involved in
SEI-CMM and ISO 9001
process team.
Ashok held
various positions in Customization of
GeoMedia and Imagineer Technical
projects at Intergraph for 3 years,
later he re-located to silicon valley
and worked
in various capacities as
manager, leader and guide at Silicon
Valley companies for 4 years including
Telcontar, Visa and Bank Of America
before he founded Janvisoft.
Ashok is one of
the founders of
Yalamati Siddayya Foundation
school to serve the Poor and orphan
children in the community.
Ashok holds a Bachelors degree in
Production Engineering from University
of Poona, and Masters in Business
Administration from India.
 Yash Pal Talreja,Chief Advisor Yash Pal Talreja is an Inventor, Technologist, speaker and founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and chairman of the board of Talreja Enterprises. Talreja, who received a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi pioneered the field of Artificial Imagination back in 1989. He is a veteran of the field of Electronic Commerce, with a major invention dating back to 1997 when Electronic Commerce was still in its infancy.
Before founding his own company in 2006, Talreja
worked as a Senior Vice President for Products and Technology at Edgenet Inc., where he led the development of m20 version 2.0, a revolutionary guided selling solution used by leading retailers such as Lowe's and The Home Depot.
Before that, he was a Vice President at PeopleSoft Inc. where he led the development of PeopleTools version8 , a Senior Director of Ecommerce software development at Oracle where he led the team which invented the electronic bill payment and presentment and a part of the senior management team at Amazon. He has also been a Vice President of Engineering at MessageGate, and a Vice President of Products and Technology at Televoke.
Talreja is a member, senior member or fellow of the Unicode Consortium, the Web Analytics Association, Mensa, The San Diego Software Industry Council, The Computer Measurement Group, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, The Association of Computing Machinery and The Indus Entrepreneurs. Her is also a member of the IIT Delhi Excellence Foundation.
Mr. Talreja’s contribution to the field of Electronic Commerce was recognized by grant of US Patent 6578015 (awarded in 2003) recognizing him and his team as inventors. He and his team invented new methods of electronic payment and bill presentation in 1996, when Commerce over the Internet was still in its infancy, allowing electronic payments to conveniently and securely occur over the internet and thus jump starting a whole new industry.
Because of his many accomplishments and his and his teams breakthrough invention in Ecommerce, he has been a frequent speaker and presenter at various conferences and symposiums in the field of Electronic Commerce such as the Financial Services Technology Consortium and the Electronic Payments Forum. He is also frequently quoted in the software industry magazines and News journals and magazines.
In addition to his technical contributions, Talreja believes in contributing to social causes as well and has frequently donated to many charitable organizations such as the Impact Fund.
Talreja is also an Technology Advisor to mecca.com, a portal which promotes and reinforces an inspiring, positive image of the strong values that Muslims bring to their respective communities, and is helping out the San Diego Mensa team with launching its new website.
Srini Sirigina,
CTO.
Srini has 10 years of experience in IT, Consulting and Professional Services organizations around the world. He heads JanviSoft’s global delivery organization also oversees JanviSoft’s technology practice groups in identifying and implementing new technology solutions.
Srini brings to JanviSoft extensive experience in the Software Solutions and Services business. Prior to join Javisoft he spent the major part of his professional life at BroadVision. At BroadVision he led numerous technology and business re-engineering engagements in diverse industries, ranging from retail, consumer products, manufacturing, travel and transportation, to state/local government and insurance and financial services. At BroadVision he managed Java teams of web applications, enterprise applications and client-server applications. Prior to BroadVision he held various management roles at Williams energy services, FHC Inc and TV Guide. .
VSrini holds Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Andhra University, India. Master of Science in Environmental engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Nebraska.
Sameer Khanwalker,
COO.
Has 24
years of IT experience. Of these over
twelve years have been spent primarily
in the software quality and process
engineering functions, implementing
various standards and models like the
CMM, CMMI, eSCM, ISO 9001, IEEE, ITAA
and Cleanroom Engineering.
Prior to JanviSoft Sameer was working
for General Motors Corporation, Detroit
Edison, ACS, USAA, ePolicy, Bank of
America and SRA Systems. He brings to
the board vast experience in Project
Management, Product Management, and
Business Analysis. In the last few
years, he also done extensive work in
creating and implementing dashboards and
metrics that have helped managements get
a better
insight into projects and overall
organizational status.
Sameer holds a Bachelors in Economics
from University of Chennai, India. He
has passed the CSQE (Certified Software
Quality Engineer) from American Society
for Quality, CSQA (Certified Software
Quality Analyst) and CSTE (Certified
Software Test Engineer) from Quality
Assurance Institute, TickIT Auditor from
A-Pex Quality International, U.K. and
ISO Lead Assessor - QMI.
In addition, he has led several CMMI
implementations from Level 3 to Level 5
for various companies and a registered
ATM with the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI).
Srihari Gompa,
Director, Application
Maintenance. Has 12 years of experience
in IBM Mainframes and AS400 platforms,
heads Application Maintenance division
of JanviSoft.
Prior to JanviSoft Srihari was with DSQ
Software for 4 years,
managing Implementation
and post-implementation support of IBM
Mainframes and AS400 projects in various
countries including Singapore and UK.
Later he joined with FAST computers as
director of IBM Mainframes and AS/400
division for 6 years, where he was
heading the teams of implementation and
pos-implementation support for USA
clients.
Srihari
holds Bachelors degree in
Computer Science from University of
Poona, Pune.
